A Cambridge-based company has shipped vials of its novel coronavirus vaccine, which were manufactured at a plant in Norwood, to the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Disease in Maryland for further research.

Moderna Inc. announced the news late Monday, saying its first batch of mRNA-1273 vaccine was funded by the Coalition for Epidemic Preparedness Innovations (CEPI) and will be used by government researchers in what's known as a Phase 1 Study at the National Institutes of Health.

Would be great for pharma if everyone in the world needed boosters every few months, (like William Edgars' plan for telepaths in Babylon 5.) Talk about maintaining control over the masses.

I mentioned here quite a while back that I started writing a novel. It starts exactly like this: similar virus, emergency, rushed vacccine...all of what we're seeing now. I have to admit that I am tripping out over this. You mention a key point. A rushed vax product may bring with it very bad risks...shedding, autoimmune issues. Some do now (without getting into the details). I have been working in this for well over a decade now. Like Ayn Rand's character Ms. Taggard said - "I studied engineering. When I see something I see it."

Wonder who owns (contributes to) Moderna? Bet it's Soros.

Amazing. Aren't they special? I do not take the flu vaccine. Long experience working in hospitals and running a Federally Qualified Health Center tells me the flu makes you want to die and the pneumonia will kill you. I take the pneumonia vaccine.

Follow the money (hence my NIH reference...guess who funds them...). Many people will roll their sleeves up while saying, "I don't like government healthcare".

    Haha...

Assuming that it provides adequate protection and minimal side effects, e.g., doesn't give everyone HIV in a few months. Wouldn't THAT be fun?

NIH is involved. So this vaccine will probably become mandatory for every American. I hope it's better than the flu shot...

    Very good news.

Let's see how effective the vaccine is.

Since HIV nucleotides were found in the coronavirus composition, it may be effective.
