I am so glad you tapped that link. Out of everyone I was hoping you would get to enjoy it. What an amazing rendition there is like five drummers and Clapton’s guitar playing is out of this world.

    Eenie, meeniee, minee--never mind.
Me dino really loves the last half of "Hey, Jude" when The Beatles are really getting down.
What's done in that last Spaghetti Western song is very amusing.

Speaking of Gerry and the Pacemakers, I met one of the early members on a cruise ship about eight years ago. He was performing nightly and we started hanging out. I can't remember his name unfortunately.

First link: WOW!, Always admired Eric's playing and That must have been George's Son playing acoustic.
The first comment got to me: Eric is on earth looking after George's son and George is in heaven looking after Eric's son.

Now that's cool...wonder if I could get "Ole Grampa" clock at work to play the Beetles instead of: Gong, Gong, Gong...laughing, I enjoy the gongs but the place needs MUSIC!

It is not my intention to steal the Thunder of the Beatles but here is another group that we listened to also during those times. I just read this piece on PowerLine. It talks about how these two groups temporarily brought England out of their 50s doldrums. (something I never read about before) But this is about the music.

Enjoy: Remembering Liverpool’s other “British Invasion” band: https://www.powerlineblog.com/archive...

I first heard Eleanor Rigby when I was 10. Still my favorite fifty-odd years later.

Got to Get You Into My Life:
    "I was alone, I took a ride,
I didn't know what I would find there.
Another road where maybe I could see another kind of mind there."

After what I see on the news lately, seeing "another kind of mind" is most welcome. Rational thinking seems to be rapidly becoming extinct! That's why I like the Gulch - a small refuge from the insanity. Rock on, Gulchers!
