The Year of Disguises

... 2020 is a year of disguises. Some examples include computer models/modelers disguised as “science/scientists,” Tyrants/Dictators/Totalitarians disguised as “elected officials,” propaganda machines disguised as “news sources,” brainwashing disguised as “information,” censorship disguised as “public health safeguard,” panic and fear disguised as “social responsibility.”
... "It boggles my mind when there is some notion that by wearing a face covering you are actually doing a “service” to your neighbor and therefore everyone has to protect everyone by this. Actually, the opposite is true. You are now becoming an additional potential source of environmental contamination. You are now becoming a transmission risk; not only are you increasing your own risk but you are also increasing the risk to others."
... "Stopping humans from being human will not stop the virus from being a virus! "

excellent essay! I wonder why the Leftist politicians that their bodies are loaded with all these friendly and no so friendly bacteria, viruses and fungi just as the rest of us. A propaganda campaign demonstrating how contaminated they really are they would either go into hiding or throw themselves off a cliff.

To be clear, I posted it on my Facebook page, with this comment: "Great article on not only the worthlessness (and actual danger) of wearing masks, but also on (in the first paragraph) the art of propaganda. The author has a doctorate in organic chemistry. He uses--and backs up--a slew of phrases I've used since the start of the greatest mass hysteria ever, including "false sense of security." My believing friends, read and rip off that silly--and dangerous--mask." And it's still up, since October 18.

And now we have a society of people walking into their bank looking like a 19th century road agent!

Spot on. The last sentence on the post says it all. Viruses do what viruses do. I looked at the WHO chart last Friday. I take with a grain of salt what they publish but nevertheless their charts demonstrate the pandemic is over and the casedemic is in full swing.

A very uncommon essay of pure common sense by a man who knows what he's talking about. If I try to share on fb, it will be labeled and blocked. That's how true the article is. Great post Idiocracy42!

2020....the year of Never-ending Halloween, complete with disguises, and without ANY of the fun.

What scares me is that just changing from December 2020 to January 2021 offers zero guarantee that things will get "better."

Editing to add: that's a really good essay. I am not sure whether it was posted here previously or not, but I've seen it, linked from "somewhere."

ThanQ for the essay. It is great to have such a reasoned LQQk into the masks and virus.

I put on a hat, sunglasses, and a facial scarf mask thing. Three people greeted me at the Kroger grocery store.
