Our biggest tech companies (like Facebook & Microsoft) now are partnering with government to expand the types of extremist content shared between firms in a 'database.' Information within that database — about anyone deemed extremist or anti-government — could be shared with multiple firms in multiple countries. It's all part of a national strategy, Glenn explains, to combat domestic extremism. Or, at least, that's what the government wants you to think. Really, Glenn says, this is all about furthering FEAR because fear is their VIRTUE.
