    How about if you don’t work in healthcare? HIPPA doesn’t apply? So a state employer can say are you vaxxed or not?

    It means a smart lawyer can find a dozen ways to sue you if you work in the field of medicine! Been there. It is so encompassing even a judge couldn't figure it out!
