People feel most comfortable around people of their own "tribe". Been that way for thousands of years and NOT going to change anytime soon. That said, Objectivism provides a framework for people of all tribes to get along, so long as they all show respect for others and treat each other rationally. Its about the only way tribes can get along. Socialism isnt going to do it, communism sure wont, fascism has no shot, even democracy with mob rule hasnt got a chance. Religion is just another tribe and if you dont belong to the particularr religion, you are rejected by the others.
