    As I often stated to my audience of none in the Socialist Dystopia of CA: Democrats cheat in elections, even when they don’t need to.

    Over 600 different ballots had to be created for all of the different areas according to what city, town and district you lived in, who was running in those areas...so you can't just pick up a bunch a ballots and scan and rescan and rescan over and over again which is what they did...what if there was only 100 people in a specific area...and the cheaters rescanned and created 1000s of those ballots...it would stick out like a sore thumb, if you knew what to look for, what information to collect...that's why the left only wanted them to just count ballots...don't look, just count the total.
