It also helps get rid of people who object to freedom.

Me dino watched and heard that. Generals who'd rather work for The Swamp than their Commander-In-Chief. Words such as "treason" and "dereliction of duty" come to mind.

Tucker on Fox stated that Trump told the Joint Chiefs (paraphrasing) That they were losers in regards to Afghanistan. So they went to war against Trump. Seeing what happened in Afghanistan Trump was correct. The inhabitants in the Pentagon have become pencil-pushing bureaucrats.

Thanks I'll do that. I've read lots of stuff about Patton. He was really something. I loved his statement when someone told him we weren't at war with Russia and he said, 'Give me 15 minutes and we could be!' My husband was a career soldier but he never talked about anything. I once asked him (he was in combat 3 times) if he ever killed anyone and he looked me straight in the eye and said, 'Of course not, dear!' LOL

When I first heard "No dumb bastard ever won a war by dying for his country" but won "by making the other dumb bastard die for his," it was 1970 and me dino was sitting in a Marine base theater that cost 25 cents to enter and eating popcorn with a Coke that altogether cost the same amount. I was in full agreement with that statement.
Since then over the years I've seen Patton at least five or six times. Today for the first time when I heard "America will not tolerate a loser," I immediately imagined the squinty-eyed senile-looking stupid face of Mr. Ice Cream Man.

My hero. Georgie Patton. My International Womans Foundation, of which I am a Director, owns the old Ft David Russell at Marfa, Texas (the Black Horse Cavalry dismounted there). Rommel's officers were interned there in WW2. We have Georgie Patton's room with authentic furnishings and the bar he liked so well at the BOQ. Quite a tourist attraction. We also exhibit Weber Furlong's art along with other artists. We have quite a display of the prisoners' art on display on the walls in the dining room. Pancho Villa was pursued by soldiers at this Fort.
