The further you get from the border, the easier it is to avoid notice. Vegas would be a prime target because of all the convention centers and traffic.

Drug cartels cooperating with ISIS is even more threatening because the Mexican Police also cooperate with the drug cartels. Is that pressure at our Southern border going to take attention away from the Northern border? Add to that the possibility that suitcase nukes might already be in the hands of ISIS operatives in the U.S. (see http://www.wnd.com/2014/07/new-border-ri...) and we have the makings of an excuse for a police state. Will it be allowed to happen like September 11th? Only time will tell.

Lots of really big venues this weekend what with college football kicking off and all. Target rich environments as far as the eye can see. A WH that encourages illegal immigration and rewards same with mucho goodies and the freedom to bring along all your pretty little boom toys certainly should make it plainly visible to even the blindest fool that we are vulnerable in the extreme. I doubt a cartel gangster is going to think past any money an Islam terrorist waves in his face. Rolling in the moolah, I don't think the Chicago gangsters of the 20's gave a thought about their violence causing Prohibition to come an end.

Multiple terrorist groups (FARC, Al Qaeda, IRA, others) have had integrated training camps in the Amazon Basin (Columbia, Peru, Brazil triangle) for over a decade, where they exchange information about bomb construction, infiltration, covert communications, sabotage by chemical and biological means. They're supported by the drug trade (marijuana and cocaine from South America; heroin from the poppy fields of Asia), with the help of the Latino drug cartels.

There are a network of "ghost" airfields from South America to the U.S. border for transport of drugs, sex slaves, and criminals. There are several big trucking companies run by the cartels that are used for shipment of drugs and weapons northward. Shipping technology is gaining steam, with not just submarines, but fishing and transport vessels with hidden compartments for illegal activities.

The logistics for a criminal/terrorist invasion of the U.S. exist today, and the operators are experienced. The volume of activities is steadily increasing, and all of this has been known by the U.S. intelligence agencies for some time (I was part of the intelligence community). How much longer these "obedient servants" will remain silent, I don't know. I can only hope that when they finally speak, it won't be too late.
