A new study investigates the antiviral activity of four plant extracts. Among the plants studied are: green tea (Camellia sinensis), pomegranate juice (Punica granatum), black choke berry juice (Aronia melanocarpa), and elderberry syrup (Sambucus nigra). These medicinal plant extracts were effective in vitro for stopping viral attachment, reducing viral load, and stopping the spread of infectious SARS-CoV-2, influenza, and adenovirus.

N-Aceytl Cysteine, somewhat hard to get, since the government is trying to keep it from us. Interferes with their mind control plans.

And if you take the jab, selenium, dandelion leaves and tea, or white pine tea, stop the spread of teh blood clots. Also, NAC stops the work of the graphene oxide in creating magnetism in your brain for DARPA experiments!

The article said nothing about their anti-viral activity if use as part of a diet. Anti-viral activity in vitro has nothing to do with any anti-viral activity in vivo when the substances are metabolized and not in touched with the virus. The article indicated their use as an oral rinse for virus but SARS CoV 2 is a respiratory virus and those anti-viral substances would need to contact the virus. Caution about using as a nasal rinse, caution because some misunderstood Trump's question about whether substances such as bleach could kill the virus if put in the body.

You can get all the calcium you need from certain foods other than milk.
Watch out for calcium pills...they use calcium from ROCKS not plants.

I use a cane due to a permanently messed up left foot by a reduced blood flow to my left leg a cardiologist corrected by putting in a stint.
I'm supposed to see him once a year but I skipped 2020 for not going to his office because it is at a hospital. Wonder why.
Saw him two weeks ago. Long story short, the doctor had a big smile when he said I have a good blood flow.

    Allosaur,
Please get a Nettie Pot. And use warm salt water + 1/4 - 1/2 tsp of baking soda. Dissolve it.
Pour it in your nostrils, hold it in your throat, spit it out. Do each side.

then gargle and swish the mixture in your mouth, and spit it out. This introduces an OCEAN LIKE Salinity and kills a shit ton of bacteria and virii. Which are probably leading to the inflammation.

Also, see if your symptoms worsen with Dairy. First thing in the morning. Check your nasal inflammation via breathing, etc. Then Drink your glass of Milk/Dairy. And every 10-15 minutes for an hour do a quick check again. Set a timer.

If you notice, without consuming anything else, that it worsened, you two may be allergic to dairy, and getting congestion from it.

I am convinced we ingest most of our inflammatory items. Although some are in the air.

    Hope This Helps.

Any in vivo test results? Many in vitro results don't replicate in living things.

Up here in Canada we call chokeberry chokecherry. Where I live in Calgary, the bushes grow in abundance in the Bow River valley. The native people used it to make pemmican: dried buffalo meat with the dried berries all ground up together. Kept dry it wouldn't spoil. Nutritious food.

I just finished selling property which I can no longer care for, leaving behind pine, blue spruce, well-established asparagus, concord vines, plantains, sugar maple, apple trees, raspberries... I would have kept it if I had been more physically able. The proceeds will enable my going Gulch plans within the scope of my abilities. Just because I'm no longer Mrs. Charles Atlas doesn't mean I can't survive using other than physical strength. Meanwhile, time to look into those juices. Already drink green tea.

Another strong herbal antiviral is cistis incanus, or rock rose. NIH studies support use in the form of tea as an effective natural treatment for pneumonic infections. Produced mostly in Turkey and Bulgaria, it's readily available through online herbalists.

Me dino has a mild yet bothersome mysterious 24/7 sinus allergy of some unknown something according to an ears, nose, throat doctor.
Trying that product may be perfect for me, but what's that California residents may be exposed to lead caution thing all about? How can a Californian be exposed to lead and an Alabamian like me not be?
Recalling how running drinking water through lead pipes killed off a lot of ancient Romans.
