5000 acres available for sale, with waterfalls, river, thermal water, lake, snow capped mountains. 500 acres each family, $300.00 per acre- $150,000.

We have three families committed already and we are looking for seven more. We need at least four more to move forward.

- construction cost varies, 50.00 to 200.00 psf

- nearest town 25-30 minutes, nice size city with mall and big stores 1 hour, and Santiago the capital 3 hour drive.

    It was a Galt’s Gulch near Santiago Chile (7-8 years ago), one of the founders was Jeff berwick from dollar vigilante, they sold 10,000,000 worth of lots and no one got tittles, it was a scam.

    We add 2000 acres from neighbor property for a total of 7000 acres, we made a formal lower offer yesterday and came back with $215.00 per acre.

    We start planing the move to Chile in 2013 and created the web site to encourage other people-families to join us and move to Chile. The website have no updates since end of 2019 when we move to Chile, and after the move the pandemic start and pretty much spend the last two years building the clubhouse, restaurant, guests suites, and houses for three families, we just finish construction and we are updating websites soon under the domain names;

    -Patagonia.farm (farm and community)
    -Patagonia.run (our brand name for products produced in the farm, like honey, olive oil, soaps made with herbs growth at the farm, etc.
    -Patagonia.partners (future partners contact info)

    The website from 2013 is no longer available and it was for encouraging people to make the move, in few weeks we should have patagonia.farm website running with updates.

    Is very real, if you fly to Chile I can show you the property.

    All you need to do is pay tittle and docs fees prior to closing, and for closing you must be present in Chile and sign in the tittle company, call notaria in Chile.
