Scumbags because it's the only thing they can do...they are not value creators nor producers. Why is there few value creators/producers in governments....probably because we are out numbered and to tell the truth, if things were done properly and according to our constitution it would be no more than a weekend part time job.
Most of us have better things to do and obviously, politics is unbecoming and a waist of one's efforts.
