Excerpt: "...Imagine that you signed a 99-year lease on some prime Lower Manhattan office towers. Now imagine that those towers were consistently underoccupied and were going to require $200 million of asbestos removal in order to bring them up to code. Finally, let's also imagine that you had the foresight to make sure your insurance explicitly included the right to rebuild anything you want on that land in the unlikely event of the towers' complete destruction. In such a scenario, you might just make the calculation that it's in your interest to destroy the towers yourself and blame the act on some Muslim bogeymen. You know, hypothetically speaking..."

    One of the phrases that I use to describe myself ... "I am about as subtle as the controlled demolition of the World Trade Center Complex."

    I think that term was a result of a lot of jewish people owned real estate, and had nothing to do with their racial makeup

    years ago when I was in college in Boston where there were a LOT of old buildings burning down, people used to call that a "jewish fire". That was back in the day when there was no political correctness, of course.

    Today, Biden, et al, want to destroy the USA, but it doesnt belong to them !!

    He is making it more difficult to have enough fuel through regulations , and then he is getting us to use up the strategic reserve so as to get rid of what we have above ground. Bad president.

    Alternative fuels wont be ready for many years, and only when the sun is out or wind is blowing. What an idiot.

    They were a grandiose architectural statement - not a business decision. Same with the Khobar Towers, etc. It's all fine to built the tallest building(s) in the world. Just recognize that was your purpose - not to have people do business in them.

    Way to denigrate the real threat of Islamic terrorists. You don't have to invent Conspiracy nonsense to see the planned destruction of the economy.
    Look to the FED and the income tax for the planned control and theft of all assets.

    The owner of the towers seriously made out like a bandit with the insurance settlement.
    They’d never build them today. Not cost effective. Or particularly profitable.

    Sounds doable. My X2 could explode or implode anything. Demolitions was his 2nd MOS for 20 years in the Army.
