I do LOVE lentil beans! My mom used to make a thing with lentils (grey), rice and hamburger. I just love it. Now I make my own, with lentils (grey, red or green), ground chicken (or other), rice, with garlic, hot pepper, et al. Damn, I love that stuff, and make it for a week.
