The Russian pilot turned his belly side toward the US drone. Never do that in a low-wing aircraft. He could not see the drone and tried to pull up at the last second and collided with the drone. Noob Russian pilot poorly trained-or just stupid. He was dumping fuel on it, but his poor flying skills and lack of good judgement caused the collision. Or he was just smoking Russian crack.
Therefore it could not identify itself.
An attempt at camouflage and secrecy.
Soon after there was a B52 flight over the Baltic heading straight for St Petersberg.
It diverted south after detection.
Both are the type of actions that China is reputed to be making.
