More likely there won't be any CBDC per se. Instead, banks will start imposing woke conditions on having an account there (Chase already does). Then even more banks will go broke or merge, so that you have fewer and fewer alternatives (this too is already happening). At what point is it a "monopoly"? Sure you have a choice if you're willing to do without all banking services, and those of any business that isn't allowed to accept cash.

False. SOCTUS was enacted to settle deputes between the states and advise the president agreements involving foreign entities.

The Fraers recognizes the judges are humans so SCOTUS wasn't given the determining role in what was and wasn't constitutional since that is the role of the American people. SCOTUS gave themselves that role when they were still housed in the basement of the House of Representatives.

I'm working off the top of my head on this but I researched this thoroughly when I wrote political commentary.

Also, the link you posted relates to the minting coins and the valuation of money.

It's as if they really don't give a rat's backside about the environment, but very much focused on dividing and conquering.

Hyannis (MA) has the same rule, they had water in glass bottles (very expensive) but you could still buy Poland Springs in gallon and 2.5 gallon plastic jugs.
We were there for a week in the off season and opted for the jugs and refilled our bottles from it.

I was at a park last week. They accepted cash payment but had trouble making change. The reason given was that they are moving to a cashless payment system.

They aren’t denying access but they are defining how you pay fir service rendered. As always, no payment no goods and/or service.

This is coming and SCOTUS is practically impotent and won’t do a damn thing, turning a blind eye as they have on many other issues if late. And besides, SCOTUS was never intended to determine constitutionality.

The parks are ours, not theirs. This won't water in a constitutional challenge in the US Supreme Court.

Today the totalitarian state will track WHAT you eat, tomorrow the totalitarian state will TELL you what you MAY eat, and IF you MAY eat. Fighting the progression of enslavement has been like flipping off the tide, maybe the only path is to just accept the reality that we are living during a period of history that will be remembered as a horror. I can't believe that I am starting to think in terms of: "will I have enough ammo to protect myself, to hunt with, to trade for food." Money will be worthless. Food and ammo will be the commodities that will have value.

Well, yeah, this and spending millions looking for ways to harass the Trump family. Oh, and spending millions of dollars to accommodate and comfort illegal aliens.

Understood, but don't be disheartened as tens of thousands distributed to a world of 8 billion is barely a wizz in the ocean. Rather be heartened there are folks like me who appreciate your work and understand your message and continue to spread it in our own way.

I, too, am amazed at the stupidity of such a large swath of the populace. As idiotic as things look I do see some push back and awakening taking place. Let's hope it catches fire and large swaths of populace come to their senses before it's too late.

Edit add: I think it's time I read "Shadows" again.

That isn't entirely true. When places stop taking cash (The park service stated they are going entirely digital soon to me last week) you have no choice in the matter except to leave. When this happens with grocery chains and you have little to no food in the house can you walk away with mouths to feed?

They are working choice out of the equation. You'll take the number or you will not be able to buy, sell or trade. Funny how this rigs a bell, no?

    My Counter Point: Fedderman...

He's too mentally challenged to be a Moron!

These people elect people who must strive to be Morons.

And they always get what they want...
    Strange.

It' like there are people in the shadows who actually control the levers of power.

    Thank you.
For me seeing how closely some of what I wrote a decade ago has come about has hit me pretty hard. The years I spent writing and the tens of thousands of books downloaded worldwide, free and sold, and it changed nothing. It is disheartening. These 15 minute cities the UN is pushing could be the precursor to the domes in Shadows Live Under Seashells.

While I've had little faith this the people of this nation for a long time I never really comprehended the sheer stupidity until the compliance masks made it impossible to ignore.

Crime is out of control in NYC and this is what they focus resources on?

We have a town here in MA, Concord, where they banned the sale of water in plastic bottles. I take great pleasure in driving to the center periodically and dumping my plastic recyclables on the sidewalk/square.

Sounds like a similar approach would work in NYC.

Ever since me dino heard AOC talk about farting cows hurrying up the end of the world, me be doing MY part. I've been buying and eating more steak to kill off cows. All for AOC!
Hey, cattlemen! Make bulls and cows be fruitful and multiply! To keep all those yummy steaks a-coming!
Also love hamburger meat mixed into the way I make spaghetti sauce mixed with bits of onion, bell pepper and garlic. Also love stroganoff Hamburger Helper that I add mushroom slices to!
    Meat! Meat! Bring on meat!
    Meat! Meat! Meat's a treat!
    You know how~~kill a cow!
Just let it make calves first.
    To keep that meat a-comin'!
Like I heard a character in a Texas Chainsaw Massacre sequel say, "Never skimp on the meat."
Or why I buy slightly more than a pound of hamburger when a recipe calls for a pound of hamburger ever since I heard that.
