Another Victory for the Constitution and Equal Rights

Another excellent recent decision by SCOTUS to end bias against good students going to college.

Voted (sort of) along ideological lines, with my favorite Justice, Gorsuch, voting with the conservative Justices. Of course the idiot, coward, corrupted, Roberts had to add that the military academies were exempted. WFT?!

BTW, why isn't there a category for "Judicial"?

I agree. There is a little too much spiteful negativity. However, there is some justification for it.

Very well said. With the current makeup of the court, it is closer to the Constitution (IMHO) than it has been in over 160 years. Does it still, collectively, make decisions that make no sense and have nothing to do with the Constitution? Yes. Are we going to get any closer? Probably, almost certainly, not. Do we take the victories that are achieved? Most certainly. Those decisions indicate that we may have a bit more time to prepare against what we all know is coming. Of course, at my point in life......I am probably going to outrun it.....will do all that I can, as long as I can to keep the country as the founders envisioned - thanks for the discussion.

Yes. I mean each decision is either a victory or a loss. A loss does not invalidate a victory and a victory does not invalidate a loss.

you mean right after SCOTUS could not read the Constitution on Voting and State's Control on it?

Watch innocent people at Waco burn at the hands of the FBI who was rewarded for its role.
That's how far down the gullet it was 30 years ago.
How many innocent people were murdered during and after 9-11-01 when the fedgov
invaded a country whose people that had not done anything wrong.
How many died in Afghanistan invaded by the fedgov to insure that the Deep State
continued to control drug trade and money laundering.
How many died from a virus and vaccine created by the Deep State who also prevented
people receiving effective, inexpensive treatment and forced people to be injected with
    dangerous DNA modification drugs.

Today is much, much worse than 30 years ago because of the totalitarian state
    and its treasonous conspirators.

Like that answer regarding the categories.

I can't be as conclusive as you how far down the totalitarian gullet we are.

Why isn't there a category for "Corruption"?
(I usually use the one labeled "Politics".)

Oh, wow. The Traitors at SCOTUS threw us a bone. Woof. Woof. Thanks, Master.
Now, about the rest of the constitution that you have ignored, TRAITORS.

The fact that the morass of government will undermine the decision does not mean it is not a victory.
