    If Putin is the devil the narrative managers would have us believe then one would think he would kill Yevgeny (whatever his name is) and his entire bloodline. But that’s not happening.
    You can’t tell me that Putin couldn’t vaporize this guy into a red mist whenever he wanted on Russian soil. And deal with the fallout later.
