Yes, in a heroic effort to save OUR cherished American democracy, the Colorado Supreme Court ruled to prevent residents of Colorado from voting for their preferred candidate, that MAGA mongering wannabe Nazi dictator Orange Man Very Bad! Who is also a racist.
And for those judges so courageously doing that~~They saved our democracy! Saved our democracy!
Yippee! Yay! Yay! Yahoo! Wheeeee!
"Hey, I love democracy! Don't you? That's why we HAD to overrule millions of Colorado citizens who want to elect Orange Man Very Bad through the democratic process," said Colorado Justice Melissa Hart after the vote.
The three justices who voted with her stood and clapped at her before all four began to chant, "It's to save democracy! It's to save democracy! It's to save democracy!" over and over again until all were blue in the face.
Wow, don't you just love those guys?
Democracy experts also applauded the democracy-subverting move to make sure our precious democracy wasn't subverted.
"Just think," said the esteemed Harvard trained journalist and democracy expert Linda Florgbott, "if 4 people in robes hadn't taken away the voting rights of millions, we would have lost our democracy!"
