Since we paid for it too, let's comfort our beloved holy him by crying along with him who art was once our media worshipped beloved King Barry.
Ready with handy hankies? Let us now weep. Ommmmm!
Y'all don't blow noses too hard now. Do not offend Him Of Our Once Rainbowed White House.
Homo may just cancel you by calling you a homo-something.

Isn't all the nuclear "stuff" Iran was enriching and storing underground radioactive? Isn't it dangerous when it comes out into the open air. Kinda like fallout from a nuclear explosion?

All of the stuff they're concerned about is a mix of very inert, lead-like (and actually heavier!) Uranium 238 and more unstable, somewhat radioactive Uranium 235. Remember those numbers: 238 & 235.
the depleted uranium that our military uses in cannon shells is practically pure 238, because it's heavier than lead and practically non-radioactive. Pure U-235 is dangerous in large amounts - if you get more than 52 Kg / ~100lbs (or less, if you surround it with neutron reflectors) together, it can go critical, with city-leveling results.
The amount needed depends on how refined it is, which is why they need huge centrifuges to separate it out. Consider that you have two versions of the same metal, mixed, where they are chemically ~identical~, and you're trying to separate out the atoms that weigh 1.3% more than the others. Fun. So, the slightly enriched stuff is almost all 238 and therefore almost inert. The good stuff has more 235 but is progressively harder to produce as you increase the purity, i.e. the percentage of U-235. The power-reactor grade stuff is not near as pure, which should have been enough for the Iranians, ~if~ they were only going to use it in power reactors. From Wikipedia: "Naturally occurring uranium contains only about 0.7% U-235. To be used in most nuclear reactors, the uranium needs to be enriched to a higher concentration of U-235, typically 3-5%. For weapons, enrichment levels of 95% or more are needed".
The Ayatolla's shiites (or Shinolas, I can't ever tell which) were concentrating far beyond reactor grade, thus they were attempting to build bombs, and needed to be taken out.
Fortunately, the few hundred pounds they may have had of "the good stuff" is now buried (and shielded!) under millions of tons of granite rubble, and so is fairly safe for the foreseeable future.
