um, this is about laws being made and grandfather clauses or not...it's a snake eating its tail....

This notion of something on one property interfering with something on another property is an old one. Ordinances are supposed to prevent these from becoming civil cases.

I'm sure they cut the trees down, they fell into the solar panels breaking them and both neighbors lived happily ever after.

It appears that Mr. Treanor doesn't really get the point....or else he would NOT try to stop the million future neighbors' disputes...how else will they learn about government intrusion?
