did you feel comfortable that we had enough of the facts? the kids were pretty young and two adults storming onto a bus cussing and threatening all of the kids, leaving some in tears is certainly not appropriate. I'm not sure arrests needed to be made, but if I were a parent of one of the innocent kids being harassed by those parents I'd be pretty alarmed and steamed. this stuff didn't happen where I grew up. sometimes, a parent would come outside and break up a scuffle. but usually a parent just had to stand there and the bullying group scattered like the weaklings they are. where was the bus driver in all of this?
It's total BS that the parents got arrested. Clearly, the stupid kids on the bus NEED to be chewed out, or a smack on the ass with a belt. Whenever discipline is NOT enforced, with firm expectation of boundaries and behavior, this is what one can expect of the little brats. Arresting the parents who are standing up for their child is the WRONG thing to do. If anything, it ENCOURAGES the little bullies to do more of the idiotic behavior.
I disagree with the parents being arrested. As long as they did not physically hit the kids in question I think they did the right thing. These kids need to know that some parents will do what's right irregardless of the rules. I am guessing their kid won't be picked on for a long time.
