Title IX Gone Wonky On College Campuses In Allegations of Sexual Misconduct

what does Title IX have to do with allegations of sexual misconduct? Read on-
1. not allowed to aface your accuser or witnesses 2. not allowed to provide your side of the story 3. not allowed to have any counsel present in front of college tribunal
this is seriously screwed up. what's with the tribunal anyway? If there is a criminal case shouldn't it be a criminal matter?

    I've heard the hand-wringing on the radio. I kept thinking the same thing you're saying. We could try this radical new approach with something called a criminal justice system to handle crimes.
