Interesting. Curious about the rest of the country. Interesting thing is that historically there is approx 1 million new home starts in this country in a year. However, in the last years you can imagine new starts were extremely low, explaining part of the pent up demand.

    Yes, I can! I would say well constructed, they use higher mid range fixtures, the plumbing hardware is Moen, but lower range, except mater bath. But the walls are true, there don't seem to be shortcuts that are apparent. We considered buying about 10 years ago, but don't go often enough, and renting from a distance has its own hassles.

    They built my in-law's house in FL. Things had been really bad there for quite some time. Interesting. We are going to be down there in a few weeks. I'd like to see what they have going while we are there.
