Nonsense. Unnecessary involvement in the free market. It is the "free" part of anything that government statists do not like. If Companies slow down their service and customers are not satisfied competition (free markets) will impel new providers or technology to enter the market.

Of course, that does not satisfy the power hungry tyrants...
