    Next step is not taxation.
It is limitation of free political speech on the internet because it is now in the control of the FCC who are appointed and hold office at the pleasure of the executive branch.
Will the Snowden's of the future be able to freely spread the truth?

Wheeler has no clue. We have to accept that. He represents an entire group of clueless people. The real question is what now?

The operative word is "regulate" which I do not find in the Second Amendment. Either I am missing something or Wheeler has no clue. I think the latter,

I wonder how long it will take for Ojectivist, Individual Rights, and pro-Constitutional websites to be selectively targeted for "special taxes" to force us off of the WWW?

Democrat commissioner Wheeler said net neutrality was no more a plan to regulate the internet:
"than the First Amendment is a plan to regulate free speech."
By my count the first ammendment is 45 words long. If the FCC rules are any longer than that then he he is a liar.
