Does anyone know where I can (preferably download) an electronic dictionary?

It recently occurred to me how much information I reference and look up online. But, what if there's no online to reference?

I thought maybe might know where to find an "e-encyclopedia" that could be referenced on an Android phone or tablet. I checked Google Play, and came up with a ton of Ecyclopedia... for specific subjects. And as title for fiction books...
