I wish the article had mentioned the Obama/Clinton reset button. This administration was very critical of the Bush administration and promised to fix US - Russian relations. This is clear evidence of their total and complete failure.

  It's pretty clear that the Obama administration continued past policies and made a strained situation worse. They need to be called out on it.
