- 2Posted by khalling 10 years, 10 months agoremember when after the first round of TARP they brought in someone from the dept of treasury and the head of the FED and they said x billion is unaccounted for. where did it go? and they could not answer. As far as I know, it has never been satisfactorily answered. If you responded thusly, you'd be in jail.| Permalink
