An interesting story of survival, wonder how man will do when we get ourselves stuck around the bush?

With advanced technology it is a 170 story tall structure with a civilization hidden inside. Cheyenne Mountain in the South Pacific. More beaches than you can ever want are only 500 miles west. Half hour away in Galt's plane;^) (Granted its impractical without that tech, but easier than building a space habitat.)

Makes one wonder, do I dislike Rats more than Bugs? Actually my big brother had a pet Rat. It was white and he named him Gandalf. It was cool, we could put him on our shoulder and walk around with him. Really freaked the girls out. Ah, the good old days.

I didn't know about the bugs, but the pinnacle itself I've seen a number of times over the years. It's an odd thing, really. There you are, steamin' along minding your own business and all of a sudden there's a big rock (that can easily sink you If you're not paying attention) in the middle of nowhere.

No prob, broadening our horizons. But an object lesson here, maybe the gulch population can find it's island equivalent....

That's just pretty damn cool. The struggle to get out of the egg, but also the egg being formed with the little cap/hatch. Txs for posting.
