Thanks for the article. It's a mixed bag for me. I agree with a lot of it, but I don't think what politicians do has much impact. I completely reject attempts to tie the economic cycle to particular presidents. I agree about the Pres becoming Pitchman-in-Chief. Remember when Hillary Clinton (who I think is okay and would vote for if nominated) mentioned people who don't need a president? How odd. She was running for pitchman-in-chief.
