I have heard term before but never even investigated because it only came up in some conspiracy theorist emails that I automatically delete nowadays since there are so many. This is the first time I have even looked for information on it and if it wasn't for your described experiences I still may have ignored it. Now the whole situation raises so many questions.

Along with the more obvious questions;
High turnover rate of high level military officers during this administration. Connection?
What part of the world are we expecting military action in on such a large scale? (yeah, I know)
In the wake of the Bundy Ranch and the Oregon standoff, wouldn't you want the military to present itself as a friendly force, if at all possible right now? What good reason could there possibly be to escalate tensions even further?
It has been postulated that obama (no spellcheck, I will not capitalize that!) needs/desires an emergency situation prior to the 2016 election. Is it possible they are playing both sides against each other? The military on one side conducting "necessary training" and conspiracy theorists on the other side blowing everything out of proportion but making everyone on both sides more and more paranoid until any given situation escalates beyond anybodies ability to control.

I have to work at avoiding the conspiracy theorist type thinking. They don't make it easy.

Don't you find this subject horribly unfortunate to discuss. If this is what our country is coming too even a place like Galt's Gultch would not be left out. As I have said before I am happy for me that I have lived most of my life.

There is no reason to think that this is even about urban fighting or training in urban fighting. The map provided, when lined up with the real states, seems to indicate most of the training operations are happening on military bases (eg Ft Hood looks like the JOAX location).

There are only 1200 soldiers involved. So with the exception of the JOAX force and a small force to do whatever the CRF mission is (maybe rescue an embassy or something similar?) - most of these elements will probably be command elements. They need to be scattered geographically to have real time practice in being scattered geographically. I suspect most of the training with the exception of a few exercises, will be computer simulation.

There is some thought that part of the exercise will involve E&E from a failed CRF event. If this is the case then the governor of TX might actually be playing a role in the exercise. Nothing like using the state guard and a suspicious public to actually provide a realistic backdrop for an E&E over a large area (eg - "escaping" from SE TX to NM).

Don't listen to the fear mongers. The military does these all the time. And they create phony maps of parts of the US all the time showing friendly and hostile areas. Alex Jones is a white Al Sharpton and should not be afforded much more credibility than that.

We don't need another civil war and I believe the government does not want that either. The theory/notion that the government may create a false flag in order to cause insurrection and justify martial law by provocative move is terrifying. If one gives any credence to this theory, I believe the best thing we can do is not play into their hands. Look at what a small contingent of citizens were able to do at the Bundy ranch. We must remain calm. If they actually start rounding up people I do not see how they could hide it. Whether Admiral Isoroku Yamamoto actually said it or not these words are true and would be applicable.: "You cannot invade mainland United States. There would be a rifle behind each blade of grass." There are more ex-military than active or reserves. Something to consider...

Since some time in the 60's, Seals, Green Berets, Delta, LRRPs, etc. have had a couple of urban training areas adjusted for the areas they're working in. They've employed local civilians to act as just that, civilian population with targets and guerrilla operators within the group. They have operation specific dummy areas built in which to do walk throughs and even live fire practice. There are other areas used for E&E training and captive training including some overseas areas. I can't imagine what reasons those individuals and their support groups would have to pull such an operation throughout the southwest over a period of 2 months.

A two month operation over that large an area implies to me, a lengthy period of time identifying, locating, casing and planning to execute a coordinated snatch operation, but again, why the US.

The offered justifications and goals for JH are total nonsense. What could they possibly learn in uncontrolled US areas that would apply to out of the State's operations? Nothing. These guys aren't really used as the inconspicuous civilian spy types. This is just wrong, on so many levels.
