Just wanted to share. I can think of some other New Deal-Era programs that need to get axed by the Supreme Court, but I'll drink to a small victory.

Perhaps Sotomayor believes that until and unless "[ALL] property rights have been destroyed by governmental action", the seizure of "some" property isn't really "taking"? It is very oddly worded/quoted. Thanks for linking the other post. More comments over there.

    Hello Wonky,
Strange that this report claims a 8-1 decision and Timewaster's story reported another 5-4 decision... http://www.galtsgulchonline.com/posts/35...

Good decision and support for property rights.
Either way, there is something seriously wrong with the dissenting opinion.
    Respectfully,
    O.A.
