Of course this is from the Communist News Network, but it seems fairly accurate to indicate that the SC has once again voted by politics and not their duty bound constitutional interpretation. They have legitimized the redistribution of wealth with a fascitious argument: If health care is a right, then food, housing and everything eelse is. So when the gov't provides all these goodies, who the heck pays for it? Oh yea, producers...my pockets keep crying out at their constant violation by these grave robbers...
