(Not to mention the asinine reductions of freedom imposed by most state governments for political correctness and to buy votes.)
Your tastes and mine, for instance, are very different. I would not miss the symphony nor the museum. My definition of freedom is more like: "the ability to go out on my back porch in my underwear and shoot my guns" (phrase borrowed from a friend). My wife is more social and likes to be in a neighborhood. So, for now at least, we are staying in the 'burbs (where we've been for 34 years).

I would urge you to take the "overall rankings" with a grain of salt, however. Different people have different priorities, so check the definition of the various categories in "How it's calculated" to make sure their priorities match your own.
