Firearm review

Fivedollargold is not really a gun-nut; he's more of a mace and crossbow guy. However, he knows that many of you are into this topic. Here is a really top-shelf review by the author of Pan-Am 103, Decisions, and The Globe. Enjoy! (BTW, $5Au had no idea what category to place this in, so it landed in "Technology."

It will accept the high cap mags that are available for the Beretta 92/94/ series of pistols and the same mags as used by our troops in their carry pistols. So unlike most pistol mags, these are reasonably priced.
Mine has fed any 9mm I've fed it and even the cheap Tula steel cased 9mm works as good as the high priced ammo.
Take-down for cleaning is no tool easy and to change the bull pup design from left to right handed is a matter of seconds after you do a field strip. This is very important for left handed shooters. Most bull pups rifles are impossible for south paws to enjoy because of the hot brass ejecting into the face or lap.
Hiraghm said it reminded him of the HighPoint 9mm rifle, but I can assure you that there is a world of difference between the two. I have the 9mm HighPoint in my collection as well and other than a slight similarity in appearance there is no similarity in function or construction. There are many less parts in the Beretta and the receiver is much heavier, action is simpler, and unlike the Highpoint, teardown and reassembly for cleaning is a piece of cake.
