Another page down- Not the Hockey Stick- the graph if dubious tree-ring data are excluded. Big highs-the Medieval Warm Period, big lows-the Little Ice Age. Yes increases over years 1800 to 2000 but insignificant when viewed over 2,000 years, (let alone the past hundreds of thousands of years).
The question coming to the courts is, did the team deliberately find and include the dubious data so as to achieve a predetermined result? Various emails say 'Yes', but we want Mann's own records, produced in a public institution with public funds so subject to 'freedom of information'.

Yes, another other fraud in the stick was the cover up of the medieval warm period. That included the time when the Vikings sailed to North America from Scandinavia, they grew vines in Iceland and Greenland along the way.

The really sad thing is that outside the US these data are much more often taken seriously. Not only taken seriously but taken as the only acceptable truth. Been living overseas for some years and it's near impossible to get most foreigners to even consider that GW could possibly be erroneous or exaggerated.
