    But let's face it: so is Lois Lerner's attitude.

    Luckily, she was able to retire on a modest six figure income prior to the discovery of these probably misunderstood emails. After all, she did nothing improper. She's already said so! (Right before she stood on her fifth amendment rights against self incrimination.)

    I read of Lerner calling conservatives the same thing in her email shortly after she pleaded the Fifth.
    That's several moons ago.
    But I have nothing against bringing such stuff up again.
    From tine to time, I've read Oblabber's growing list of lies.
    Interesting reading that.

    Close down the IRS... looks like the first bloated-agency to go in the way of saving money and balancing the budget. Fire all its occupants and rescind their pensions. Put them in the Obama-Unemployment & Food Stamp line.

      That would never happen. On the other hand, IRS is a kinder, gentler replacement for the Cheka, NKVD and KGB. Same results, less bloodshed. So, perhaps we have Progressed, after all...

    Speaking of TEA party types: "In the emails, Lerner would describe the groups as “crazies” and “a–holes” that were working to bring about “an end to America” through the U.S. Supreme Court case Citizens United v. Federal Elections Commission." Strange how progressives believe that trying to preserve the rule of law, small government and respecting the Constitution instead of circumventing it is working to bring about "an end to America." I see it quite the opposite... it is people of her persuasion that are bringing the end.

    I think the term "under color of law" comes into play here. Ms. Lerner should be sued by each and every individual and group she abused by using her considerable powers as a representative of the government in a class action, civil rights case. Good thing she has a sizable pension the plaintiffs can recover from. Likewise, of course, anyone further up the food chain who allowed her to act "under color of law" to abuse U.S. citizens should be similarly sued.

    At this point, I dont believe anything our government tells me. I look at whatever I can to be fair, and make my decision as to what is going on. As to this woman, I had arrived at the conclusion long ago as to what the IRS is up to. Ordinary people must hide in plain sight to survive our government. Fighting them just makes you a target. On another subject, Hillary is a reincarnation of self-protective Nixon, who is concerned ONLY with hiding any wrongdoing from public scrutiny. That is my conclusion no matter what she says about it. The facts are too clear at this point.

    And so it goes.
    Scummy behavior, easily recognized, and once again, at least to date, nothing of note being done about it. I wonder how far the libs can go before the anesthesia wears off and the citizens realize what's happening. In Germany, the realization came too late.

    If by right wing she was referring to that great group of people who believe in citizens first, family, country and government as temporary paid employees in that order it's no wonder that as a member of those who believe in government first and citizens somewhere down the list eventually she resorts to such language. Sarcasm intended.
