Didn't think to ask before my trip to Wyoming, but is the diner used in ASP1 actually in Wyoming?

If so, does anyone know where it is and what it's called?

My wife and I are watching the series Ringer on Netflix.

The diner is in one of the episodes.
It, again, is portrayed as being in Wyoming.
