Radio Interrupted is a live show. During showtime, 1PM - 2PM ET, please participate in the real-time conversation on the Gulch Activity Feed: http://www.galtsgulchonline.com/activ...

HOW IT WORKS:
1. At 1PM ET, go to the Gulch Activity feed: http://www.galtsgulchonline.com/activ...
2. At the top, you'll see a "Gulch Live" box.
3. Type your comment, submit, and poof, your comment will be automatically injected into the stream - along with everyone else's comments as well.

NOTE
- For the best experience, post your comments in the Activity Feed. If you post your comments here, you'll not see the live stream responses and things might get a little confusing.
- When addressing someone on the feed, consider using @membername to address them directly or no one will no who you're talking to.
- All comments submitted to the feed will automatically be added to this post.

Done in both sides It's a question and it's a separate thread....I'm still hunting buttons and learning the radio interrupt system. I'm a 'read the manual? What a neat idea' kinda guy.

Michael, if you want Rand Paul to potentially see and respond to your question, you need to ask it on the actual AMA post.

Click on this link to go to the Rand Paul AMA post: http://www.galtsgulchonline.com/posts...

Once there, use the comment box at the top of the page to ask your question.

If that's not what you were looking to do, maybe I could point you in the right direction for what it is you're attempting?

As an attorney, I can tell you the Supreme Court as abandon the concept of stare decisis, I want an appointee who goes back 30 years to some who won't boot strap legislate from the bench.

No problem I'll make it a question. Since the Constitution has no requirements to pick a Supreme Court Justice, other than nomination and confirmation, how will you approach that responsibility?

The only requirements to select a Justice to the Supreme Court are nomination and confirmation.
