    You'd think that after Korea, certainly after Vietnam, that the powers-that-be would have learned that we can't 'sort of' fight a war and win. Still, there seems to be no shortage of presidents who are going to prove that statement wrong no matter how many body bags get filled.

      They can be won. Uruguay proved that in the sixties. But it takes the will to win and it starts at home. There has to be a valid reason. And a lot less turncoats. Ergo Sum we can't fight any sort of war with expectations of winning. No matter how good our soldiers performance.
