Republican Debate Update - A Victory of Ted Cruz!?!?

Ted Cruz is, by far, the best "debater" of the whole lot of candidates for President. Does the structure requested by Messrs. Trump and Carson, which has now been approved by CNBC, give Candidate Cruz the opportunity to "shine" (e.g. show his debating skills)?

    Its the content of any debate that matters, not the length. Opening and closing statements are just candidate advertising.
    So far there have been no debates, just media circuses.
