    Not Captain Crunch, rather as Salty Dog noted - Ignatius J. Reilly of "A Confederacy of Dunces" - easily one of the funniest books I've read.

    The costume is pretty much exactly as he is described on the first page of the book.

    My pyloric valve only slams shut when I see an egregious offence against Theology and Geometry, such as that cinematic abortion marketed as a "teenage surf movie" which I saw last week.

    Your knowledge of the Pyloric valve speaks well of your intelligence and moral standing. Perhaps you would appreciate a recount of a very traumatic experience I once had involving a Scenicruiser bus. The very existence of the Scenicruiser bus bodes ill for the spiritual well-being of mankind.
