    Yes...there is that aspect as well.

    In our perverse culture, a lack or rejection of moral behavior and lack of conscience has not only been tolerated but created, taught and expected.

    We could call it aptly..."Progressive Values".

    Lets see, $9,000 a year vs $9,000 a week dealing drugs to looters. Don't get caught dealing and you even get a $9,000 bonus.
