Tried the bread of Rick (Eudaimonia) - the rye sour dough with red pepper flakes with two friends. All agree he should open a location in Grand Junction CO.

I can wait and try to pick some up when I come that way later in the year. I'm sure you could get enough people locally to sample.

You could go to http://www.highplainsbread.com, but it's not yet available for sale outside of Wyoming.

What I might do in the future is run a sample special where I trade (not sell) a sample of bread for an honest review on the website.
