    It is time for the Hamm Arabic code to be re-introduced for some crimes.

    Actually, there was once a movie about a sick individual who tortured those he held captive in a house of horrors. One of the tortures was a double wall about 13 in apart, lined with razor blades, through which the victims must go. End of story, the victims reversed the situation with this little incentive. He must make a choice between being killed by a pack of attack dogs or RUN between the walls. Pretty picture, eh?
