Really? I didn't know that. Apparently the Judge knew this when he gave the above swan song. At that point what did he have to lose? Too bad I was one of too few viewers... Either that or the ratings were the "official" reason...

From what I've heard Fox is partially owned by the Saudis so they have limitations...which is why Glenn Beck left.

actually, his show was canceled due to ratings. He actually had to go out of his way and make a statement about it because FOX was receiving so much hate mail. He asked that people quit bugging FOX. I didn't know that

    Encore! Encore!
"The Patriot act is the most damnable, abominable, hateful, unconstitutional piece of legislation since the Alien and Sedition act." Judge Napolitano
The man should be on the Supreme Court.

Oh excellent.... I was getting really annoyed with people saying he should've "gone through the proper channels"... made NO sense to me and this is the perfect example as to why he's doing it the way he is. If your whistle will only be silenced, go where it will be heard loud and clear. What a risk taker.... what an American! I've been waiting for one to surface. I also loved the last comment, sure bring him back for prosecution, but put him at the end of the line after all the gov officials etc that started all this. I noticed Cheney was quick to call him a traitor, right before he admitted it was him who had Bush sign off on expanding the patriot act without anyone in the public being notified, or asked! I love those 3 guys...I hope they keep doing interviews all over.

    Done.
Yes, I watched the Five and Eric and Bob (and I can't believe Bob and I agree) were on the side of the constitution. For the life of me I can't understand the lack of appreciation for the real story of government overreach. The Snowden angle is just a side show... a diversion!

thanks. I had not seen it yet. You should consider putting that link in its own post OA. The three former analysts did not completely agree regarding foreign intelligence leaks. I guess as long as its not your citizens...
This USA today story is a good counterpoint to especially Fox news. (I watched the interview with Snowden's dad). Most on the Five, anyway, are outraged and believe he is a traitor.
