Have there been any showings of Atlas Shrugged Part 2 outside the USA?

I am posting this from Auckland NZ (where there has yet to be a theatre showing of AS Part 1 )

I am envious of all you strikers who have seen the new film.

If the producers need an agent on the ground in New Zealand, I would be glad to assist.

Unfortunately, NZ government is as corrupt as anywhere else. The people once mattered in NZ, but no longer. Example: the US FBI "requested" assistance from NZ for extraditing kim dotcom, and siezing his assets in NZ. The NZ govt cowtowed to the FBI breaking their own laws (just as the FBI does) issuing illegal warrants and imprisoning Dotcom. All for the Hollywood liberals who paid them off. The IRD (NZ's IRS) is just as invasive as the IRS, and perhaps worse. I have seen documented evidence that they made promises in court not to prosecute someone, and signed an agreement to that. Then they prosecuted and forced them into bankruptcy. Business here is timid, and middle managers are unable to make decisions out of fear of job loss. Jobs are scarce, with many Kiwis moving to Australia to get employment. Prices in NZ are much higher than in the US and pay rates are lower. If you want to live in a scenic place NZ is that. If you dont need summer, NZ has nothing like summer, temps get to about 75F a few days a summer, and there is a lot of rain year round.

Housing is expensive, similar in price to Los Angeles. Houses are poorly insulated and suffer from extensive mold problems.

What's the political climate in NZ? I've heard it mentioned as a possible place to "go Galt" if TSHTF here in the States.

The closest Part 1 came to an international release was, if I'm remembering right, three screens in Canada for a couple of weeks. Because it looks like Part 2 is fading faster than the first, even that may not be likely this time around.

I'm in Christchurch. I've thought about it but I'm in no great position to help. I was listening to a chap on the farming show on National Radio on Friday evening, thinking, he's spot on.

That is a fantastic idea. I think the film would play well in London, South Africa, and China might screen it. There is a lot of money to be made in oversea markets!
