dbh- thanks. I think many have hostility against patents and copyright due to the way big companies use government to enforce against private individuals and children.
My opinion- yes, the enforcement has often been aggressive, heavy handed and intrusive.
But it does not invalidate the concept of property ownership of the products of imagination, effort and creativity.
