    The WV panhandle, western PA, western NY, and eastern Ohio should form a new state and tell the looters to drown in their own excrement..

    Where is the Marcellus Shale?
    Marcellus Shale is a sedimentary rock buried thousands of feet beneath the earth's surface. It stretches from upstate New York south through Pennsylvania to West Virginia and west to parts of Ohio.

    Parts of the newly opened SW Texas North central Mexico field are of this same type of strata.
